Fitness & Skills Evaluation
All services begin with an initial complimentary consultation and Fitness & Skills Evaluation. During the consultation, we will spend time talking with you in order to better understand:
- Your goals and expectation of a training program
- Your overall health and any physical challenges
- What motivates you and what frustrates you
- What amount of time are you interested and/or able to commit to a program
- Dietary concerns, challenges or special requirements
From this meeting, we will work with you to customize a dynamic, results-driven training program.
